Our DTS model is a new, procurement solution that challenges the traditional distributor based supply chain. Many end users are large enough to warrant a direct source of supply and have the building blocks to set up their own distribution network, but they usually lack the experience, relationships and staff to execute successful outcomes. An TML partnership will give our customers the tools and knowledge to establish a direct source of supply

Simon Huang
TML's President, with the experience of preparing project feasibility studies and helping set up Medtecs production facilities in the Philippines, Cambodia, Swaziland, and China, has brought his knowledge to medical textile in Cambodia.
Berna O. Cabitac
TML's General Manager, with over 25 years experienced in textile garments, earned training & knowledge in weaving, dyeing to finished garments that allows her to provide high level of quality and fulfill customer's satisfactory.

Story
TEXTILE MASTERS LIMITED (TML) was founded by Simon Huang, has cooperated with several manufacturers in China and Cambodia to produce the best medical textiles . With exceptional knowledge in medical textile, TML has started to produce a variety of textile products by manufacturing & launching export into international market and quickly built trust throughout the world. Since its careful inspection, the company has dedicated itself to make superior finishing goods to provide customers' needs.
Founder
Our president, Simon Huang, who is also the principle of Samaritan Textiles Cambodia (STC), has brought his knowledge related to manufacturing source for several well-known healthcare and hospitality textile distributors in the USA to Cambodia. With the experience of establishing U-Net Distributors Corp as a medical device distribution arm of Medtecs in the Philippines in 1999, he has turned this entrepreneurial expertise into the success of STC.
